The last Thursday of every month May-September, we are firing up the grill, lighting the bonfire, and serving up the best (wurst) sausages you’ve ever had!!!!

All sausages are handcrafted using seasonal ingredients and regenerative meats from our farm.

No tickets, no reservations - just show up!

Each month, we create unique, small-batch sausages inspired by what’s in season. Some past flavors have included:
