Approximate size: 35”L X 24"W
This one-of-a-kind hide comes from our Navajo Churro sheep flock. Each is entirely unique—varying in wool texture, color, and shape—and carries the story of the animal it came from. Our sheep are raised with care using regenerative practices, including rotational grazing on holistically managed pastures and forested land. Because of their natural lifestyle, you may find bits of the field still nestled in the wool.
We believe it’s our ethical responsibility to honor the whole animal. While many hides from the meat industry end up in landfills, ours do not. These hides are a way to give lasting purpose to every part of the animal we raise and harvest.
Tanned naturally and professionally by Driftless Tannery.
Please note: This hide has holes, as shown in the photo. Thanks to the long wool, they’re not noticeable when the hide is laid flat.
