PORCHETTA: A classic Italian-style roast made from skin-on pork belly wrapped around the loin, fully deboned, generously seasoned, and hand-tied into a stunning centerpiece.

Our porchetta is rubbed with smoked paprika, cayenne, sea salt, fennel pollen, fresh garlic, and herbs—creating layers of flavor that deepen as it roasts, with that signature crispy skin on the outside and juicy, tender meat within.

Sold fully seasoned, rolled, tied, raw, and ready for your oven.

Roast at 425°F for about 1 hour to crisp the skin, then reduce to 200°F and continue cooking for a few more hours (depending on size) until the internal temperature reaches 155°F.

Let it rest, slice thick, and serve—this is one of those dishes that fills the house with the kind of smell that makes people gather in the kitchen.
