Whole Lamb
$10/LB Hanging Weight, Average Hang Weight = 40-50LB (average $400-500) plus processing (avg. $135)
A $200 deposit is due to reserve your lamb. The remaining balance will be due to Wildom on the day of harvest (January). We will send an invoice with the hang weight, and balance.
You will pay Hayhurst Custom Meats directly for processing $135 when you pickup your meat. They are located at 771 Kings Run Rd, Oakland MD.
You can expect to get 75-80% of the hang weight back in meat/cuts. When purchasing a whole lamb, you choose how you want the lamb cut. Below is a breakdown of sections and options.
