Rack of Lamb, 1 Rack, Average 1.2-1.5LB

Our lamb comes from Navajo-Churro sheep, the oldest sheep breed in North America, first brought here by Spanish settlers in the 1500s. They're a rare, heritage breed known for their hardiness, exceptional maternal instincts, and dual-purpose use: incredible wool and beautifully flavored meat.

These sheep are born and raised right here on our farm, and spend their lives grazing on holistically managed pastures, moved daily to fresh grass. They're grass-fed, grass-finished, and pasture-raised.

Churros are smaller than commercial lamb breeds, which means the meat is more delicate and full of flavor. Their wool helps them thrive in our harsh Garrett County winters, and their low-maintenance

nature makes them a perfect fit for regenerative

grazing systems.The result? Clean, nutrient-dense

lamb that tastes as good as it was raised.
