Our pigs are a dream team mix of Large Black, Old Spot, Berkshire, and Tamworth — hardy heritage breeds known for flavor and fat QUALITY. Raised farrow to finish right here on the farm, they roam the woods, WITH THEIR SNOUTS DOWN, ROOTING for plants, roots, and bugs like nature intended. We rotate them through forest paddocks, giving the land time to rest and regrow.

They dine on certified organic, corn and soy free feed, plus fresh whey from FireFly Farms — a local cheese byproduct that reduces waste and adds richness to their diet.

The result? Luscious marbling, rich flavor, and FAT THAT’S NATURALLY
