We've partnered with butchers John Blewitt & Jared White to bring you this intimate evening of sheep celebration. First dinner, prepared by John & the Wildom team. Then John and Jared will demonstrate how to break down a lamb. Guests will have the opportunity to purchase fresh Wildom lamb as it's being cut.
