We've partnered with butchers John Blewitt & Jared White to bring you this intimate evening of swine celebration!
First dinner, prepared by the Wildom team & butchers. The multi-course meal will feature unique cuts and preparations of our forest raised pork accompanies by seasonal & locally sourced veg. We will announce the menu closer to the event. *Please reach out for dietary restrictions*
After dinner guests will watch John and Jared demonstrate how to break down a half hog. During the demo guests can ask questions and call dibs on fresh pork as it's being cut. *This is a hands-off butchery demo*
Guests can expect the event to last approximately 3 hours
The event is BYOB! We will have water available.

Address and Parking: Located in the X Factory in Point Breeze North (6901 Lynn Way, Near Dallas Ave and McPherson Blvd Intersection). Guests may park along the wall on Gordon Street or use street parking spaces on McPherson Blvd. Please do not park in the loading dock. Look for the Black Radish Kitchen sign on the left-most end of the dock and enter that stairwell (via Dallas Door) We will be just in the second floor corridor and to your left. Accessibility: There is a freight elevator just up the dock stairs that can be used for folks who don't mind a few stairs. Ramp access will occur at a separate entrance of a warehouse. Please let us know and we will happily escort anyone with either of these needs!
