Join us on Sunday, April 14th at 6pm for a multi-course meal curated and prepared by Wildom. The courses will feature our pasture and forest raised meats accompanied by other seasonal ingredients sourced from local and regenerative farms.

#1 Tostada - confit chicken, carrot, feta, herbs
#2 Early Spring Salad - ramp yogurt, spring mix, pickled turnips, cashews, pea shoot
#3 Potato Soup - potatoes and ramp lamb sausage
#4 Pork Chop - cabbage slaw, ramp salsa verde
#5 Dessert - TBA
The meat in the dishes and fats used for cooking are from animals raised on our farm in McHenry, MD. We work with other local and regenerative farms to get additional ingredients like veg, herbs, butter, honey, fruit, flowers and more for the menu. Dinner will be held at the beautiful Black Radish Kitchen space | 6901 Lynn Way, Pittsburgh PA 15208
Located in the X Factory in Point Breeze North (6901 Lynn Way, Near Dallas Ave and McPherson Blvd Intersection). Guests may park along the wall on Gordon Street or use street parking spaces on McPherson Blvd. Please do not park in the loading dock. Look for the Black Radish Kitchen sign on the left-most end of the dock and enter that stairwell (via Dallas Door) We will be just in the second floor corridor and to your left.
Accessibility: There is a freight elevator just up the dock stairs that can be used for folks who don't mind a few stairs. Ramp access will occur at a separate entrance of a warehouse. Please let us know and we will happily escort anyone with either of these needs.
