Chicken cushions are a whole chicken carefully deboned, wrapped around sausage, and tied. These cushions are sold seasoned, tied, raw and ready to go in the oven!

Cook at 425 for approximately 1 hour or until an internal temp of 155. I love to roast them on top of vegetables and let the chicken juices work their magic!
