We raise heritage Belted Galloway cattle, known for their hardiness and rich, flavorful beef. They’re moved daily to fresh pasture. Their diet follows the seasons — grasses, legumes, and forbs — exactly what ruminants are meant to eat. Their movement builds soil. Their presence restores the land.
We manage our pastures holistically, with the goal of raising animals in a way that works with nature, not against it. No grain.
