We've partnered with butchers John Blewitt & Jared White to bring you this intimate evening of bovine celebration!
First dinner, prepared by the Wildom team & butchers. The multi-course meal will feature unique cuts and preparations of our grass-fed beef accompanied by seasonal & locally sourced veg. We will announce the menu closer to the event. *Please reach out for dietary restrictions*
After dinner guests will watch John and Jared demonstrate how to break down a forequarter of a beef. During the demo guests can ask questions and call dibs on fresh beef as it's being cut. *This is a hands-off butchery demo*
Guests can expect the event to last approximately 3 hours
The event is BYOB! We will have water available.
