This is fun a fusion of our *kitchen takeover* brunch paired with our popular butchery demo. And this one is all about the BEEF! We've partnered with butchers John Blewitt & Jared White and new to Oakland restaurant 206 Alder to bring you this intimate afternoon of bovine celebration.
First we eat! Brunch prepared by the Wildom team & butchers. The multi-course meal will feature unique cuts and preparations of our 100% grassfed beef accompanied by seasonal & locally sourced veg. *Please reach out for dietary restrictions*
After brunch guests will watch a live butchery demonstration by John and Jared where they will break down a forequarter of a beef. During the demo guests will learn where different cuts come from, best preparations and cooking methods, and other tips! Feel free to ask questions and call dibs on beef as it's being cut. This is a rare and unique opportunity to buy our beef fresh. *This is a hands-off butchery demo*
Guests can expect the event to last approximately 3-3.5 hours
The 206 Alder bar will be open for guests to purchase beer, wine, and specialty cocktails. *outside alcohol is prohibited*
