RAMP DINNER | WILDOM FARM X MOONSHADOW
We've partnered with Moonshadow to offer a special dinner service on Sunday, April 28th at 6:00pm at their restaurant located at 145 Bumblebee Rd, Mc Henry, MD
Your ticket to the dinner includes a five course meal curated and prepared by Wildom. The courses will feature our pasture and forest raised meats accompanied by other seasonal ingredients sourced from local and regenerative farms. Ramps will be featured in each course.

#1 ITTY BITTY SLIDER - pork burger, whipped ramp goat cheese, fermented ramp leaves, wild ember lil bun
#2 POACHED RADISHES - french radishes poached in a ramp stock
#3 SALT AND VINEGAR CHICKEN WINGS - ramp salt and ramp vinegar, ramp leaf yogurt sauce
#4 COPPA STEAK - ramp chimmichuri, smashed potatoes
#5 MINT MERINGUE - a little breath freshener :)
Tickets are $70 per person and must be purchased in advance - *please note that alcohol is not included in the ticket price, all alcohol sales will be separate*
